7.1. Mow.au is a platform that connects users with local lawn mowing services. We provide a list of local lawn mowing services that have high ratings on Google.
7.2. Users can call or text a particular service by clicking on the button in the list provided.
7.3. For a fee, users can request mow.au to send bulk SMS to all mowing services on the shortlist, providing them with satellite images of the user's property.
7.4. We only send bulk SMS to businesses who are actively marketing themselves on the internet and are clearly looking for leads.
7.5. The estimates provided by lawn mowing services through our platform are pre-quotes and not final quotes.
8.1. We charge a fee for our bulk SMS service. The current fee structure is available on our website.
8.2. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
8.3. We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service.
9.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by POOL.COM.AU PTY LTD.
9.2. POOL.COM.AU PTY LTD has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that POOL.COM.AU PTY LTD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall POOL.COM.AU PTY LTD, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
